When you pay
You don't pay anything to create a pool, invite members, or set everything up. The hosting fee is only charged after the tournament starts, once your final member count is locked in.
When the tournament begins, the commissioner gets an email with payment instructions. There's a 7-day grace period before any restrictions kick in:
- Day 0: Reminder email. 7 days to pay.
- Day 7: Standings hidden from members until paid. 3 more days.
- Day 10: Pool frozen — picks locked, standings hidden — until paid.
Pay anytime to immediately restore full access. The fee never increases.
